THIS Vi GAME2FAME CHALLENGE (HEREINAFTER TOURNAMENT)ISOPTIONAL FOR THE Vi APP USERS OR USERS VISITING/BROWSING myvi.in/ViGame2Fame(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “PARTICIPANT”).THE PARTICIPANT AND THE PLAYER/MEMBER (AS DEFINED BELOW)OF THISTOURNAMENTSHALL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.IF YOU (PARTICIPANT/PLAYER/MEMBER) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT.

THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES THERE UNDER AS APPLICABLE. THIS ELECTRONIC RECORD IS GENERATED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES.

The Tournament is organized by Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) in association with Gamerji E-Sports Pvt. Ltd. (Gamerji)and V4victory Private Limited (V4Victory/TeamVitality).

STEPS TO REGISTER/ENROLL IN THE TOURNAMENT:

• The Participant has to click on the banner (_______) and enter the registration portal within the Gamerji website ______.
• The Participant has to create and register his team consisting of 1 captain and 3 other members (total 4 players/members, out of which 1 player is a substitute/replacement) in the registration portal.
• Each team has to submit the details like name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and Call of Duty (mobile) gamer ID on the registration portal available on Gamerji website.
• The registration will be open from ________, 2024 till _______, 2024.
• A player is not allowed to join more than 1 team.

STEPS TO PLAY

• Each team has to play the online qualifying game “Call of Duty” (mobile) knock-out match.
• The 6 qualifying teams with the highest score will be eligible for the next level of Tournament i.e. Physical Tournament at Indian Mobile Congress Event (IMC Event).
• The 6 qualifying teams will have to play “Call of Duty (mobile)” game physically at the IMC Event, New Delhi on the date and time communicated by VIL.
• For the sake of understanding the 6 qualifying teams will be referred as Team 1 (T1), Team 2 (T2), Team 3 (T3), Team 4 (T4), Team 5 (T5) and Team 6 (T6).The teams T1, T2 and T3 will form one group (Group A) and T4, T5 and T6 (Group B) will form another group. The teams within Group A will compete with each other by playing the matches mentioned in the table below. Similarly, the teams within Group B will compete with each other by playing the matches mentioned in the table below (Round Robin Format). Match Mode Map

• Veto Process:

  Veto Process for Best of 3 (BO3) – Any of the above teams (T1 to T6) competing with each other will be referred as Playing team 1 and Playing team 2

  • Playing team 2 bans one map from the Map Pool

  Hardpoint Pick Phase

  • Playing team 2 bans one map from the Map Pool
  • Playing team 1 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 1
  • Playing team 2 picks the side they wish to start on in game 1

  Search and Destroy Pick Phase

  • Playing team 1 bans one map from the Map Pool
  • Playing team 2 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 2
  • Playing team 1 picks the side they wish to start on in game 2

  Control Phase

  • The remaining map from the Map Pool will be played in game 3.Playing team 1 picks the side they wish to start on in game 3.

  Top 2 teams completing the Round Robin format (Veto process) and making the highest score from each Group – Group A (Team A1 and Team A2) and Group B (Team B1 and Team B2), will qualify for the semi-finals.

• For the semi-finals,Team A1 will compete with Team B2 and Team A2 will compete with Team B1(Best of 5) by playing the matches as per the table below.

• Veto Process for Best of 5 (BO5)

  Any of the above teams (Team A1, A2, B1, B2) competing with each other will be referred as Playing team 1 and Playing team 2. Once a map has been banned or picked from the map pool, it cannot be selected again.

  Ban Phase

  • Playing team 1 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 1

  • Playing team 2 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 4
  • Playing team 1 picks the side they wish to start on in game 4

  Search and Destroy Pick Phase

  • Playing team 2 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 2
  • Playing team 1 picks the side they wish to start on in game 2
  • Playing team 1 picks a map from the remaining maps in the Map Pool to be played in game 5
  • Playing team 2 picks the side they wish to start on in game 5

  Control Phase

  • The remaining map from the Map Pool will be played in game 3
  • Playing team 2 picks the side they wish to start on in game 3

  Operator Skills:

  • After the teams have completed the map veto process, each team will ban one (1) Operator Skill for that Match.
  • Playing team 2 will select the first Operator Skill ban.
  • Once an Operator Skill has been banned, it is no longer usable for that Match for both teams.

  Banned list

  If a player is caught using any of the banned items listed below, a warning will first be given, followed by disqualification if the player repeats the offence. This will result in an automatic win towards the opponent.

• Top 2 teams winning the semi-finals by completing the Best of 5 will qualify for finals.
• For finals, the top 2 teams will compete with each other and the team with the highest score will be the winner of this Tournament.
• The schedule of Physical Tournament may be modified. In such an event the players will be intimated.
• Each player needs to create his/her own lobby within the Call of Duty game on his/her handset. As soon as the teams are matched up, players need to add the opponent and determine who will be creating the lobby.
• The team captain is responsible to invite all team members into the designated private multiplayer lobby within 5 minutes.
• Players are prohibited from using any kind of emulation software or tablet device. If any players are caught using the item stated above, then they will get disqualified.
• Digital spectators are prohibited to be in the lobby, except for tournament admins/Gamerji.
• If any player disconnects during a match, the game continues. The disconnected players are required to reconnect as soon as possible.
• In the case of a server crash, Gamerji will rehost the lobby and restart the match.
• Captain of the team to make sure the team is fully ready and prepared throughout the whole Tournament.
• Results – (i) Each player should be responsible for taking screenshots of each and every result of their match; (ii) in the event any technical issue arises,VIL/Gamerji admin may ask screenshots from the players after the match ends.
• Tournament Officials – (i) Each Team can contact the VIL designated Tournament administrator present at the IMC Event; (ii) VIL’s decision is final after the appeal process.

GENERAL

• VIL has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility from participant/player. VIL may, at its discretion, contact the participant(s)/player(s), if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided by the participant and participant will provide the requisite information.
• The failure to provide proof of eligibility, including the valid identity proof/ proof of name, address and correct date of birth at the Physical Tournament may result in disqualification of such member/player. However, the team to which this player belongs to will be given an opportunity to arrange a replacement member/player possessing the documents as required by VIL. The replacement member/player should not have played any earlier game/matches of the Tournament. VIL also reserves the right to disqualify a participant/player in case where a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the participant/player with VIL or any of VIL’s partners/vendors in the Tournament, and/or in the information stated in the documents furnished by the participant/player.
• All personal details and information requested by and supplied to VIL by each participant/player must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. VIL reserves the right to disqualify any participant(s)/players from the Tournament at its sole discretion, should the participant(s)/player at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
• Vi Game2Fame is free of cost Tournament, however mobile data charges and travel, lodging and boarding charges at Physical Tournament may apply.
• VIL’s decision on the selection of winners will be final and binding on all participants/players.
• TournamentPeriod:____________ 2024at 00:00:00 to ____________ 2024 till 23:59:59. VIL reserves the right to extend or shorten the Tournament, as it deems fit.
• If, in any State and/or territory or part thereof in India, the running of this Tournamentis prohibited as per local rules or laws or where participating in such challenges requires licenses, the participants/playersfrom such State and/or territory or part thereof in India, shall not be eligible to participate in the Tournament and will not be eligible for any gratification. No further notice shall be given by VIL in this regard.
• TheTournament is valid across all Indian telecom service.
• Tournament Gratification: The winning team (each player of the winning team) will be entitled for the following gratification. Mobile handset Trip to Paris ___________: ₹ 50,000

• Winner Declaration and Handover of Prizes:

  • VIL may, in its sole discretion, exclude a participant/player from participating in any part of Tournament which may include without limitation (i) circumstances which, in VIL's view, renders the participant/player unfit to participate therein; (ii) inability to produce documentation specified by VIL proving the identity of the participant/player; (iii) any other reason that, at the discretion of VIL, would adversely impact VIL or Tournament; (iv) the participant/player has not attained the age of 18 years and is not a citizen of India; and (v) the winner is prohibited in law to travel outside India. At no point of time will VIL be obliged to notify unsuccessful Participants of its decision.
  • Flight tickets (to and fro air tickets) and hotel accommodation for ____ days will be provided by V4Victory. Any queries, complaints, issues related to such flight tickets and hotel accommodation to be directly addressed to V4Victory and that VIL shall not be responsible and liable for any queries, complaints, issues related to such travel and accommodation. All other additional expenses like travel or excursion within the city, have to be solely borne by the winner.
  • The participants/players of prizes should make their own arrangement for travel and accommodation to attend the Physical Tournament. Neither VIL nor V4Victory shall be responsible for the same.
  • Neither VIL nor V4Victory will be responsible to the winner for the following:
    • Any VISA fees
    • Transfer to and fro to the airports for ____ trip or travel expenses to the IMC Event.
    • Any meal at any time during the trip or during the IMC Event.
    • Any other expenses of any nature whatsoever.
  • For documentation process, delivery of the tickets, cancellation, refund and date change, winners are requested to kindly visit/check the travel or respective airlinewebsite ______________ or V4Victory at ___________.
  • If at any point it is determined by VIL that any participant/player has tampered with the game or the registration portal or any data / servers / database / etc. related to Tournament, VIL reserves the right at its discretion to revoke or cancel points or winnings of such participant/player and / or initiate action as deemed fit and necessary by VIL.
  • The fulfilment and delivery of any prize/gratification, shall be the responsibility of V4Victory. Neither VIL nor V4Victory will be responsible should the winner refuse to accept and/or be unavailable or incapacitated in any manner whatsoever to accept the prize/gratification as made available.
  • Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable on the prize(s)/gratification won by the winner(s) under the laws of India shall be borne by the winner(s).
  • The prize(s)/gratification to the winner(s) shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes.
  • The winner agrees that the delivery of his/her relevant prize/gratification may be delayed as a result of a delay in submission of documents and/ or any force majeure events which are not within the control of VIL.
  • The winner agrees that any in case of any disputes/ claims arising out of any prize/gratification, the same shall be addressed directly to V4Victory and VIL shall not be held responsible for the same.
  • VIL/V4Victory may refuse to pay winnings or reclaim all sums/prizes/gratification or their value in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement on the part of any of such winner(s).
  • All prizes offered in this Tournament are subject to availability. V4Victory reserves the right to provide alternate models or brands or colour of the same value or any lesser value nearest to the original value, for any of the prize/s as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. Also, no request from participant/player for any upgradation in the prize offered shall be entertained by the VIL/V4Victory. Model or brand or colour for alternate prize will be decided by V4Victory at its sole discretion, any choice by the winner in respect to model or brand or colour will not be considered in any case.
  • Winners further understands that the goods provided as prize may carry manufacturer’s guarantee and in case of any deficiency in the goods, winners will contact the manufacturer only and neither VIL nor V4Victory will have any liability or responsibility in that regard for the goods presented.
  • The gratification/prize cannot be assigned or transferred.
  • The winners will be announced at the IMC Event by VIL.

• Systems and Availability

  • VIL will not be responsible for any disconnection or disruption in network connectivity provided by VIL or any other telco, due to network congestion or signal loss or any other technical reasons. The network issues can disrupt various aspects of Tournament. The participant/player is advised to remain in an area with a strong and stable/ continuous mobile network signal of the telecom operator or internet service provider to ensure seamless participation in the Tournament.
  • All attempts will be made to protect the data from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, VILshall not be held responsible for any such loss.
  • It shall not be open for the participant(s)/players or any of their representatives to require an audit or verification of scores or any other criteria, process or system adopted by VIL as part of the process of conduct of Tournament or selection of winners resulting therefrom. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained in this regard.
• Confidentiality:
  • Each of VIL, V4Victory and Gamerji shall keep all the information collected from the participants/players confidential and shall not process/use the information so collected, save and except for the purpose of the Tournament. The participant/player by providing the aforesaid sensitive personal information hereby consent that VIL/V4Victory/Gamerji shall have the right to share the information so collected for the purpose of the Tournament.
  • Further, the winner(s)/participant(s)/player shall at no point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such campaign or activities for any reason whatsoever if required by VIL. The Winner(s)/Participant(s) agrees that the rights in the footage/video made as a part of the foregoing campaign shall vest with VIL, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity.
  • Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant/player constitutes permission for VIL, including its affiliates, to click photographs, record videos of the participant/player and use the participant/player name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising without any additional compensation whatsoever.

• Other Conditions:

  • Apart from the entitlement to the prizes mentioned herein, the winners or their legal heirs, successors or representative will have no other rights or claims against VIL/Gamerji/V4Victory, unless otherwise expressly provided hereunder.
  • In event of the death of the winner, the prize will be given to the legal heirs/successors of the deceased winner at sole discretion of the V4Victory. V4Victory shall have the rights to call for such documentary evidence of the legal heirs/successors as it deems fit and in case of no documentary proof or evidence of successors legal right to the prize shall be transferred to next eligible winner.
  • VIL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend, disable or prematurely withdraw the Challenge at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by any regulatory authority and/or statutory changes without any notice and the same shall be binding on the participants/players.
  • ThisTournament is being made available purely on a “best endeavour” basis and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Tournament is voluntary and You expressly agree to participate at your sole risk. VIL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability to any participant/player arising due to participation in the Tournament.
  • To the extent you choose to participate in this Tournament, you do so at your own initiative and You shall remain responsible for compliance with the Terms and Conditions herein, any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws. You agree not to hold VIL, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, agents or representatives liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the winner or any participant/player or third party, in connection with the Tournament.
  • Any attempt by a participant/player to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Tournament is a violation of laws and should such an attempt be made, VIL reserve the right to seek damages from any such participant/player to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • By participating in this Tournament, You confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions
  • The prizes under this Tournament cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative promotion of a similar nature;
  • Upon participating in the Tournament, the participant/playerconfirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry to the extent of receiving messages/calls in relation to this Tournament and shall imply their willingness to receive all promotional messages including without limitation daily updates on the score under the current Tournament.
  • You are entering into this Tournament as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and VIL and You are acting voluntarily, using Your own time and resources to participate in this Tournament.
  • Force Majeure – This Tournament is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. any act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of VIL (“Force Majeure Event”). VIL shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participant/playeras a result of a Force Majeure Event.
  • The employees of VIL, V4Victory and Gamerji and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in the Tournament.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
